Vestas Graduate Programme
Jump-start your career at the global market leader in the wind power industry. Our two-year rotational Graduate Programme, designed specifically for master’s degree graduates in business and engineering, gives you an inside look into how our company operates. You will build a range of skills while learning where your unique talent best matches our future positions.

 

You can use what you have learned in school and gain new on-the-job skills as you work. You get to work on challenging, mission critical projects with both peers and experienced colleagues. In each rotational position, you report to a manager and gain valuable insights from an assigned mentor whom you will meet frequently. You also gain a thorough understanding of how to work across cultures and time zones in today’s global business arena. Eight months of the two years are spent working in three different business units, e.g. in Denmark, China, USA, India, Australia, Spain, Germany, Singapore and UK.
