In order to remain in a leading position we regularly expand our R&D depart­ments in both Denmark and Germany through the employment of well qualified engineers with knowledge and experience from the wind energy industry. For that reason we are participating in “The Talent Factory” programme which supports the education of young engineers – engineers which not only we need, but the Danish wind industry in general.
