Copenhagen University College of Engineering
Studies at Copenhagen University College of Engineering are characterized by projects which are based on input from companies, project groups composed of students from among more that 25 countries and a commitment to hands-on learning. The institution counts 2300 students, 400 of whom are students from abroad, and some 250 faculty members.
The university college offers a wide array of studies, both full time, taking 3½ years as well as exchange and summer school programmes. It is among others possible to study mechanical engineering and electronics and computer engineering.
Copenhagen University College of Engineering has a long tradition for application-oriented engineering degrees, and the courses emphasises an international outlook. Co-operating with private enterprise and nearly 100 foreign universities, we train highly qualified engineers. The students participate in the companies' development projects or develop their own projects within the company.
Having completed their studies, many students from Copenhagen University College of Engineering are employed in the industrial sector, including the wind industries. Especially engineers specialized within Mechanical engineering and Electrical power, are well represented.
Copenhagen University College of Engineering is working closely with Aalborg University. The partnership was established in 2003 and gives both parts a great opportunity to exchange knowledge and experience.
