Danish University Wind Energy Training (DUWET)

DUWET is part of the AU-IBT campus and is a joint operation between Risoe National Laboratory, DTU  and the universities of Aalborg and Aarhus respectively. The cooperation was initiated in 2007 and offers a variety of courses and consulting activities regarding research-based training in wind energy development. Levels vary, but all of our activities are aimed at professionals employed in the wind power industry.

DUWET run a set of standardized, short-term courses on a regular basis:

  • Wind Energy Basic Courses for engineers
  • Wind Energy Basic Courses for generalists
  • Basic Courses Offshore Wind

For R&D engineers and project managers DUWET offers the following courses:
