About The Talent Factory

The Talent Factory is created in co-operation between 14 prominent Danish and International wind power companies that represent the broad span of technical challenges in the Danish wind industry. With the Danish Wind Industry Association as mediator the 14 companies are providing a forum for current and prospective students to engage with each other and the companies. The objective of The Talent Factory is to develop talents and attract engineers and other specialist to the Danish wind industry. This will help ensure the Danish position as the world leader in wind!

On TalentFactory.dk current and future students have the opportunity to meet fellow wind interested students and their possible future employers. They also have the opportunity of sharing knowledge about education, jobs or discuss challenges in the industry. In other words: TalentFactory.dk is the place where all the most recent and relevant knowledge for students interested in wind is gathered.
